If you've got an old school ATEM 1 M/E Production Switcher and need to update the firmware but keep getting windows driver errors regarding writing to read only memory:
- Download ATEM software v6.9 and perform a firmware update via USB
- Configure the IP and optionally name
- If needed download the latest version and update the firmware via LAN
- If you have issues with the latest try 8.1.1.
